Rick Wright, age 47, died unexpectedly of heart failure at St. Mary's Hospital in Decatur, IL on Tuesday, June 19, 2007.Born August 16, 1959 the son of Richard "Dick" and Patricia "Pat" Wright. He graduated with the Atlantic High School class of 1977.Rick is survived by his significant other, Mindy Niekamp of Decatur, IL; his children: Tiara Wright and her son Walker and Tiara's significant other Wyatt Murphy of Omaha, NE; Sean Wright and wife Danielle of Kennard, NE; step-daughter Shannon Leatherman and husband Darrell and children, Dallas and Calista of Wichita Falls, TX; Mindy"s children, Russell Niekamp of Pensacola, FL, and Ashley Niekamp of Decatur, IL; his father Richard "Dick" C. Wright and step-mother Pam of Atlantic, IA; his brother William D. "Dan" Wright and wife Teresa of Atlantic, IA; his sister Kristi Sue Wright of Mandeville, LA; aunts, Myrtle Rich and husband Wayne of Atlantic, IA, Margaret Gregerson of Storm Lake, IA and Anna Mary Nelson of Atlantic; an uncle, Bill Wright and wife Susan of Newton, IA and nieces, nephews and cousins.
