Robert "Robbie" Wilson
ROBERT "ROBBIE&" WILSON Robert Wilson, 68, of Harlan, Iowa passed away at Creighton Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska on Friday evening, September 10, 2010. Robert Raymond Wilson was born, on April 7, 1942, the son of Joseph Raymond and Elizabeth (Hetrick) Wilson in Lincoln, Nebraska. He attended school at Southeast High School and returned back to school to get his GED at East High, also in Lincoln. He worked as a foreman of a roofing crew; was a mechanic; did auto body work; and restored antiques. Robbie was married to Anna Marie Kimm on July 15, 1963 in Marysville, Kansas. The couple was blessed with three sons. He enjoyed taking photos, metal detecting, computers, stamp collecting and attending antique car shows. He will be remembered fondly for his special love of family. Robbie is survived by his wife Anna; his sons and daughter-in-law, Nathan and Renee Wilson of Denison, Donald Wilson of Atlantic and Clarence Wilson of Brooklyn Park, Minnesota; nine grandchildren, Jessie McClun, Stephanie Wilson, Jenifer Wilson, Stephanie Mehaffy, Kayla Ashburn, Acacia Wilson, Tyler Luft, Tanner Luft, and Taylor Luft; two great grandchildren, Nevaeh Mehaffy and Talon Millan; and a number of nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Lucille Blaska.Funeral InformationThere will be a 12:00 P.M. gathering at Roland Funeral Home, ahead of a graveside service at 1:30 P.M. on Friday, September 17. The committal service will be officiated by Rev.
