Ann Wickman

Ann Wickman, 75, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2006 at Atlantic Nursing and Rehab Center in Atlantic, Iowa.Ann was born, September 1, 1931 the daughter of Harry and Betty (Manley) Williams. She was born in Ohio and grew up in Kansas City, MO. Ann graduated with a B.A. from Grinnell College.January 30, 1953 Ann married Theodore Wickman, Jr. in Prairie Village, Kansas.Ann is survived by her husband, Ted Wickman of Atlantic; one daughter, Emily Wickman and her partner Sue Wacht of Portland, Connecticut; three sons, Kirk Wickman and wife Sheryle of South Glastonbury, Connecticut; Erich Wickman and his wife Tammy of Atlantic; and Charley Wickman and his wife Jenny of Long Grove, Illinois; one brother, Price Williams and his wife Laura of Ovando, Montana; eleven grandchildren and a niece and nephew.Mr. and Mrs. Wickman's oldest son, Tommy, died in 1957, and their oldest daughter, Kristine, died in 1980.There will be open visitation at Roland Funeral Home. Ann's memorial service will be held Sunday October 29 at 2:00pm at the Cass County Community Center in Atlantic. Pastor Chuck Smith will be officiating. Friends may come to the Community Building from 10:30am to service time to leave condolences. Lunch will be served immediately following the 2:00 pm memorial service.Following cremation, Ann's cremated remains will be transferred to McHenry, Ill where her infant son, Tommy is interred.Funeral InformationIN REMEMBRANCE OF ANN W.
