Obituary for Raymond Graham Wallace

RAYMOND GRAHAM WALLACE

Raymond Graham Wallace, 91, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away Friday, November 12, 1999, at the Allen House in Atlantic.

The son of Morrow and Lucinda Amelia Hunter Wallace, Graham was born March 8, 1908 in Atlantic. His marriage to Merle Bowen took place on October 31, 1942, in Rockport, Missouri. Graham was the chief engineer in the power plant at Atlantic Municipal Utilities for 37 years. He was a member of the United Church of Christ, a 50-year member of Pymosa Masonic Lodge, a member of Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, Ophir Chapter, Atlantic Council, Kendron Commandery, Za-Ga-Zig Shrine, Nishna Valley Shrine, Golden Rule Chapter #194 Order of the Eastern Star, Cass County Hospital Auxiliary, the Iowa National Guard, the U.S. Infantry Association and a life member of the Elks Lodge #445 in Atlantic.

Surviving are his wife, Merle Wallace; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
