Elwin C. L. Sunderman
Elwin Sunderman, age 87, lifetime resident of Cass County, Iowa passed away at Griswold Care Center on Friday, September 13, 2013.
The son of Joseph Andrew and Louise (Schaaf) Sunderman, he was born on November 23, 1925 in rural Cass County Iowa. He attended high school at Grant High school. He spent two years in the U.S. Navy and then worked in Farm Labor for the Muller Family until he retired in 1999 at the age of 73.
Surviving are one brother Sherwin Sunderman of Griswold, IA and one sister, Joan Sunderman of Atlantic, IA.
Elwin was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Waneta Sunderman, and one brother, Sheldin, who died in infancy.
