Matthew Rogers, 24, of Wiota, Iowa, passed on west of Lewis on Sunday morning, April 9, 2006.Matt was born the son of Patricia and James T. Rogers, in Atlantic, Iowa, on April 17, 1981. He attended school in Anita where he graduated in 1999 and attended Iowa Western Community College in Atlantic. Matt worked in sales and application for Pelgrow in Atlantic. Matt is survived by his parents, Patty and Jim Rogers of Wiota, IA; his sister, Bethany who is attending the University of Northern Iowa at Cedar Falls, IA; grandparents, Thomas and Marilou Rogers of Atlantic, IA and Jeanette Lechner of Cumberland, IA; his uncles, Mike Lechner of Cumberland, IA, Steve Rogers and his wife, Tina and their son, Grant of Griswold, IA; Aunts, Susan Dreager and sons, Curtis and Charles of Council Bluffs, IA, Carol Burns and her husband, Jon of Castle Rock, CO and cousins, Lindsey and T.J. Wright and Caden of Quinter, KS.
