Barbara Robinson

Barbara Lucille Robinson, 69, of Atlantic, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2002, at the Jenny Edmundson Memorial Hospital in Council Bluffs.The daughter of Rex Everett and Aleta O. (Gochander) Stillian, she was born November 20, 1932 in Atlantic where she grew up and attended Atlantic Community Schools. She was united in marriage to Jesse Robinson on February 6, 1960 in Atlantic. Barbara was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church.Surviving are her husband Jesse Robinson of Atlantic; one daughter, Deb Pedersen and her husband, James, of rural Atlantic, Iowa; one son, Leslie Robinson and his wife, Teresa, of Omaha, Nebraska; six grandchildren, Jeremy Pedersen, Jacquelyn Pedersen, Allison Robinson, Tyler Robinson, Scott and Michael Stillian; one sister, Caroline Miller of Escondido, California; and several nieces and nephews.She is preceded in death by her parents; one son Douglas Stillian; and one brother Everett Stillian.Funeral InformationServices for Barbara will be held on Monday, January 14, 2002, at the Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic at 10:30 AM with Pastor Michael Williams of the Elk Horn Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will be in the Lowman Cemetery southeast of Griswold, Iowa.
