Marilyn was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Esther Circle of United Methodist Women, and Eastern Star. To keep music as a part of her life she was a member of the bell choir at church. She spent numerous hours volunteering for the Cass County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and as a 4-H Leader. Marilyn was active in the neighborhood club known as the Women's Country Club. For over 50 years, Don and Marilyn enjoyed playing Pinochle with seven other couples who had married and raised families with them. Marilyn loved writing letters and Christmas cards to everyone dear, whether nearby or as far away as Europe. She was also known for her Holiday decorating. Marilyn's greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.
