David Mullins

David Mullins, 55, resident of Atlantic passed away on Tuesday evening January 3, 2004 at the Veteran Hospital in Omaha, Nebraska.It was born October 15, 1948 to Elvis and Mildred (Hallett) in Glendale, Arizona. His family lived in several locations while he was growing up. He was in the Army and served three tours in Vietnam as a crew chief and gunner on helicopters. Dave married Betty Linfor on July 25, 1987 in Atlantic, Iowa. He was a certified chef and worked at the meeting Center for three years. He was loved and will be missed by all.He is survived by his wife Betty; three children Mike Grife and Bambi of Scranton, Iowa, and Michel Mullins and Tammy of Atlantic, Iowa 12 grandchildren; two brothers Jerry Busby and wife Carolyn of Murfreesboro, Arkansas, and Steve Busby and wife Betty of Independence, Kansas; one sister Susie Rathbun and husband Mark of Henry, Illinois.He is preceded in death by his parents.Funeral InformationServices for David will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2004 at 10:30 A.M. at the Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic, Iowa with Pastor Terry Schoenfeld officiating.
