Denise Moon

Denise (Drager) Moon, age 56, died at home in Mora, New Mexico, on Tuesday, February 19, 2013. She died of complications from breast cancer. Born August 11, 1956, in Mankato, Minnesota, she lived in multiple states before settling in New Mexico. She graduated from high school in Mesa, AZ.

Survivors include her husband Dannie Moon. In addition, her mother, Betty Drager, survives her. She has two step-sons Jason Moon of Oklahoma and Alan Moon of Texas. She has four sisters, Karen Vickers and husband Vick of Olive Branch, Mississippi, Joyce Drager of Davenport, Iowa, Cheryl (Drager) Goodwin and husband Rich of Davenport, Iowa, and Darla Drager of Mora, New Mexico. She has 2 brothers in Cameron, Missouri, Jeron Drager and wife Barbara, and Doyle Drager and wife Cheryl. She has multiple grandkids, nieces and nephews, and family friend Patty Rosas. Denise was preceded in death by her father Donald Drager.
