Michael Moller
Michael Moller, 37, of Griswold, passed away Monday, April 20, 2015, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha.
Michael Lee Moller was born on December 10, 1977, in Atlantic, Iowa, the son of Larry Lee and Marla Rose (Gross) Moller. He attended school in Exira for a short time and graduated from Griswold High School in 1997.
In recent years, Mike had worked for farmer, Charlie Smith, laboring along side, Rick Holmes. He was also employed at the egg farm in Villisca and the Red Oak Greenhouse. Mike received welding training from Central Western Fabricators, and had recently accepted a position to use his welding expertise at H&H Trailer is Braddyville, Iowa. He had a knack for being able to see exactly how things would work out and was precise with his measurements, whether it was doing carpentry with family or friend, Dennis Frazier or knowing exactly how a tree would fall when it was cut down.
Mike will be deeply missed by his parents, Larry and Marla Moller of Griswold; sister, Christine Bird and her son, Connor Stacy; uncle, Arnold Moller of Mentone, California; aunts, Lois (Greg) Epperson of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Edna Smith of Lewis, Iowa, Diane (Dave) Rogers of Halbur, Iowa, Jolene (Mike) Wilson of Earling, Iowa, and Joyce (Sylvan) Kenkel of Panama, Iowa; and numerous cousins.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Alfred and Zetta Moller; maternal grandparents, Raymond and Ella Mae Gross; and uncle, Lynn Gross.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 24, 2015, at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic.
Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 23rd at Roland Funeral Home.
