Wendall Miller

Wendall Warren Miller, 39, a resident of Atlantic, passed away at his home Saturday, February 10, 2001.The son of James Burton and Jeanette May Hood Miller, Wendall was born November 4 at 1961 in Atlantic. He graduated from Anita High School and received further education in the Navy. He was united in marriage to Tresa E. McKinzie October 6, 1983, in Des Moines, Iowa. He lived in California, Connecticut and Washington state and traveled all over the world as a submariner in the US Navy. He returned to Atlantic in 1995.Wendall is survived by a daughter, Crystal L. Miller of Sioux City; a son, Paul M. Miller of Atlantic; his father, James B. Miller of Wiota; two brothers, Russell Miller of Elliott, Iowa and Gordon Miller of Brayton; three sisters, Holly Swain of Atlantic, LiaRuth Miller of Des Moines and Dianne Kepford and her husband, Mark of Granger; and other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his mother; one brother, George; two sisters, Shirley and April Fay; and one niece, Beverly Swain.Roland Funeral Service -- Atlantic, IowaFuneral InformationServices for Wendall were held Thursday, February 15, 2001, at 10:30 AM at the United Church of Christ in Atlantic, Iowa with Reverend C.
