Ruth McElfresh

RUTH McELFRESH Ruth Velzora McElfresh was born on October 4, 1916 to Jesse Elmer and Winifred Bell McElfresh and passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 13, 2009 in Houston, Texas. Ruth lived most of her adult life in the Denver, Colorado area where she was an art teacher to elementary school children. She had a true love of the arts and made many personal trips overseas as well as leading some drawing and sketching groups all around the Denver area in some of their beautiful natural areas. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Jesse Howard McElfresh, and her sister, Rae Tramm.
