Mary Lucky

Mary Evelyn Lucky from Atlantic, Iowa , age 66, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2007 at the Cass County Memorial Hospital.Mary was born January 14, 1941 in Birmingham, Alabama to James Claude and Mamie Lenora (Zimmer) Carson. On October 6, 1960, she was united in marriage to Jimmy Lucky in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Six children were born to this union and Mary was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. In addition to her family, she enjoyed gardening and animals.Mary is survived by six children, Dana and husband Dick Cisar of Atlantic, Mark Lucky and Vickie Lucky of Red Oak, IA, John Lucky and wife Melinda and Tim and wife Jeanette of Stanton, IA and David and wife Tina of Omaha, NE; thirteen grandchildren, Heather Schurman and husband (Alvin), Jennifer Lucky, Joshua Lucky, Brandie Lucky, James Lucky, Joey Lucky, Michael Lucky, Melissa Lucky, Morgan Lucky, Josh Lucky, Jessica Appley and husband Erik, Scott Cisar and Tanner Cisar; two great-grandchildren, Christina Lucky and Nathaniel Appley; one sister Alene Cisco and two brothers Bill Carson and George Edward Hamaker. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two sisters, Joann Spencer and Ruth West; one brother, Samual Hamaker and one great-grandson, Anthony Appley.Funeral Informationgraveside service at the Evergreen cemetery, Anita, IA
