JOHN E. LINFOR John Linfor, 68, of Atlantic passed away, following an illness, on Saturday, June 21, 2008 at the Cass County Memorial Hospital in Atlantic. John's survivors include his children ~ Richard Linfor, Mary Linfor, William Linfor, Sarah West, and Melissa Linfor, and five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, all of Red Oak; the children's mother Vicki Walters of Red Oak; brothers ~ Jr. Linfor of Greely Colorado, Dennis Linfor of Lewis, Ricky Linfor of Atlantic and David Linfor of Alabama; sisters ~ Myrtle Hughes of Atlantic, Inez Abel of Walnut, and Lois Schmitt of Atlantic. He is preceded in death by his parents; a daughter Carrie Sue Linfor; two brothers, Bill and Larry Linfor; sisters, Georgia Veach, Mary Ann Logue, Sadie Faye Linfo and Marcia.Funeral InformationA 2:00 o'clock funeral will be held on Wednesday at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic. Pastor Billy Shane of Shenandoah will officiate. The committal service will follow at the Layton Township Cemetery in Walnut.
