Francis Keith Jackson, Sr. Francis Keith Jackson, Sr. of Elk Horn, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, December 4, 2008 at the Salem Lutheran Nursing Home in Elk Horn at the age of 68. Keith was born to Donald (Don) and Frances Irene (Houston) Jackson on December 22, 1939 in Danville, IL. He graduated from Rossville, IL and attended school in Moberly, MO at Central Christian College. He was married to Thelma Lollar and later to Kathleen Schrader. Following marriage he preached at the Church of Christ in Keosauqua, IA among other locations in the Midwest. Keith had a passion and talent for photography. He is survived by two daughters, Lisa Faye (Jackson) Jameson of Bellevue, NE and Tina Marie (Jackson) Reis and husband John of Holiday, FL; two sons, Francis "Buddy" Keith Jackson of Atlantic and Brian Keith Jackson of Las Vegas, NV; step son Matthew Elmer Schrader of Cedar Rapids, IA; brothers Forrest "Rick" Jackson of Sheffield, Alabama, Chuck Jackson of Huntsville, Alabama and Marion "Mike" Jackson of Rossville, IL; two sisters, Donna Irene (Jackson) Carrigan of Danville, IL and Sandy Jackson of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Ashley, Taylor and Kayleigh Jameson, Xander Lee Jackson, Mellisa, Jessica and Timothy Bagley, Courtney Brianna Jackson and Zachary Hansbrough; and several nieces and nephews. Francis was preceded in death by his parents.Funeral InformationServices for Francis will be held on Wednesday, December 10, at 10:30 at the Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic with Pastor Steven Frock officiating. There will be an open visitation at the funeral home with the family meeting with friends on Tuesday evening from 6:00 - 8:00. Interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery at Lewis.
