Vicky Harper Settles

Vicky Harper Settles was born on July 24, 1959, and passed away August 31, 2021, at the age of 62.

Vicky was blessed with four children Chris, Cheryl, Lisa, and Heather. Vicky was a good mother, loved her grandchildren and will be missed by many. She was a hard worker and served countless customers through the years at Van’s Chat and Chew, China Hut and the Atlantic Golf and Country Club.

Vicky is survived by her children, Chris Harper, Lisa Harper and Heather (Paul) Taulborg; siblings, Cheryl (Dan), Linda (Freddy), Buddy, Steve (LeAnn), and Larry; grandchildren, Jeremiah (Kathleen) Taulborg, Christian Harper-Moon, Annabelle Taulborg, Karinna Dominguez, Oliver Taulborg, Alex Harper, Samantha Taulborg, Stephanie Taulborg, Sophia Taulborg, Philip Taulborg, and Rebecca Taulborg; and Great-grandbaby Taulborg due September 2021.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Elsie and Linwood Harper; daughter, Cheryl Harper; grandson, Sebastian Taulborg; sister, Phyllis; brother, William; sister-in-law, Diane; niece, Wendy; nephew, Tommy and great-nephew, Shane.

A Celebration of Life visitation and luncheon will be held from 2:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m., with a time of sharing at 2:30p.m., Monday, September 20th at Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic.
