Vera Gard

Vera Ivadell Gard passed away Wednesday, February 16, 2005, in her home in Atlantic, Iowa at the age of 92.Vera Ivadell Gard was born to Elliott and Inez Reynolds November 9, 1912 near Marne, IA. She was raised in the Marne area until her marriage to Wesley Gard Jr. on July 10, 1932 in Omaha, NE. They were farmhands the early part of their married lives until buying a farm northwest of Anita in 1949. They resided on their farm until 1967 when they retired to Atlantic. At the time of her death she was still residing in her home in Atlantic.
