Norma Frederickson

Norma Frederickson, 74, passed away on Saturday, April 9, 2005 at the Cass County Memorial Hospital. She was born January 5, 1931 to Pete and Leona (Sorenson) Paulsen in Atlantic, Iowa. She graduated from the Atlantic High School in 1948.Norma married David Frederickson on March 17, 1956 in Logan, Iowa. Norma worked for the telephone company for many years. She then helped her mother at the Railroad Café. Later, she was employed by J.C. Penney and UBC Lumber in Atlantic.Norma has been an animal lover; particularly of her cats and dogs. She resided at the Heritage House for several years.She was preceded in death by her parents, Pete and Leona Paulson, and her husband, David Frederickson.Surviving Norma is a brother, Darrell Paulsen and his wife, Gloria from Amarillo, Texas; several nieces and nephews, including Trudy Edner of Atlantic, Judy Miller of Atlantic, Bob Paulsen of Council Bluffs, Kathy Paulsen of Atlantic, Darrell Paulsen Jr. of Jewell, Iowa, and Mona Petersen and husband, Rodney of Atlantic; several great nieces and nephews including Brian Edner and wife Jodi, Jennifer Munzey, Rodney Jr. Petersen, Jeremy Petersen, and Travis Petersen and great, great nieces and nephews, Dakota, Phoenix, Cayman, Madison and Ashlie.Services are Thursday, April 14 at the Roland Funeral Home at 11:00 A.M..
