Obituary for Debbie A. Dean

If God has a list of loving and compassionate souls, everyone on that list moved up a notch Monday, October 17, 2005 with the passing of Debbie Ann Clark-Dean. She was born July 21, 1954. She lived life to the fullest, and loved unconditionally. No matter what someone did or said she always, with out a doubt, would look beyond that and always see the good in that person. Everyone that knew her knew that she didn't back down from life's challenges. Instead she would face them head on. She had deep religious convictions which served her well through her life. Growing up she enjoyed the many summers spent with her grandparents. During her years at Ogden High School, she worked as a Candy Striper. Debbie graduated in 1972.For the next two years Debbie worked at St. Benedicts Hospital. In 1974 she moved to Lewiston, Idaho where she lived until her passing. During this time she became the mother of two beautiful children, Dawn and Barry. She began working for KRLC Radio Station in 1977. Then in 1989 she started her career with Albertsons, wherein she met the love of her life, Kent Dean. They exchanged vows July 4, 2000 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. After her retirement with Albertsons in 2000, she took great joy in helping with the care of her granddaughters, Raelynn and Adena Schultz. Some of her favorite past times were camping, cooking, reading, and skiing. Whenever she had the opportunity to listen to her favorite 70"s music you know she would be dancing and singing along. She also enjoyed traveling to the Oregon Coast, and many of the family trips to Nevada and Iowa. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family. Her favorite poem was "Footprints&". She will be loved and missed dearly by her family and friends.Preceding Debbie in death are her Paternal Grandparents, Murl (Bud) and Pearl Clark, and her Maternal Grandparents, Lloyd and Dorothy Rhodes; Uncle, Eldon Eugene Rhodes and sister-in-law, Joyce Clark.Survivors include Debbie's husband, Kent R.
