Adonna Buckley

Donna Buckley, 71, long time Atlantic and Red Oak, Iowa resident, died at the Cass County Memorial Hospital on Saturday, March 11, 2006.Donna was born the daughter of Leland and Gladys (Anderson) Mitchell in Burbank, California August 18, 1934. She attended school in Burbank and was mother of two children in her marriage to William Pike. Later, Donna was married to Ron Buckley in Elkjon, CA August 5, 1976. The couple made their home for many years in Atlantic, Iowa. Donna's faith was in Christ, and she will be remembered for how she loved animals, cooking, and was a kind and caring person who would give a stranger the shirt off her back. Her friends likened her to Lucille Ball, as her antics would cause them to laugh. Her family will remember how she loved life and loved to laugh. Her survivors are her husband, Ronald D.
