Marilyn Loraine (Nunamaker)Adams, age 78, passed away Wednesday evening, July 2, 2003 at the Heritage House in Atlantic, IowaMarilyn was born July 12, 1924 to Claude and Susanna (Fisher)Miller in Plover. She grew up in the Plover area graduating from high school in 1942. That same year she was married to Elwood Nunamaker who passed away in 1961. Marilyn was employed as a physical therapy technician in the Emmertsberg Hospital until her retirement in 1985. On October 5, 1986 Marilyn was married to Lloyd Adams in Atlantic and they lived in Spirit Lake for a number of years.She is survived by one son, Norman Nunamaker and his wife Carol of Truman, Minnesota; a daughter, Donna Seufert and her husband Richard of Atlantic, Iowa; four grandchildren, Jeremy Seufert and wife Melissa of Atlantic, Keven Seufert and his wife Ann of Avoca, Michael Seufert and his fiance Amy Schmidt of Atlantic and Jeffery Seufert of Atlantic.Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Susanna Miller, her first husband, Elwood Nunamaker and her second husband, Lloyd Adams.Funeral InformationGraveside services will be held Saturday, July 5, at 11:30 a.m. at the Powhatan Cemetery southeast of Plover. Friends could call until 9:00 p.m. on Friday evening, July 4, at the Roland Funeral Home. The Roland Funeral Home in Atlantic was in charge of arrangements.
